Hearing Loss Is Tied to Hormone Replacement Therapy and Menopause Starting at Older Age

According to a study by the North American Menopause Society, there is a correlation between hearing loss and a couple factors associated with menopause. First, a correlation was found between the use of oral hormone therapy and hearing loss later in life. It was also found that women who start menopause at older ages experience hearing loss at higher rates.
